Create Basement for Multi Functional Purpose

Space can be maximized by creating a multi functional basement in a single family home or small home. The members of the family can spread out and they have a chance to do different activities at home.

Suppose, you can convert the open basement space into different areas like children' play space, games table, a television area, a bar, office, etc. You can do many things in a separate room which is a part of the multi functional basement. Generally, many basements are constructed to have at least one bedroom and bathroom in a home. One can use this as a guest room or playroom. One can use this basement room as home office and crafts room.

It is easy to create a television area in the open basement layout. You can make a comfortable seating arrangement and arrange a coffee table with storage space and audio visual equipment and other things. You can use a shelving unit to divide the room into two parts to hold DVD and game accessories and other equipments. But, you should not block natural light in the room.

You can place pool table, ping pong table, card table, or other game equipment in the basement room as a part of the multi functional basement. But, you need to have enough space around the tables for people to sit or stand comfortably. That space should be enough to players to use pool cues and table tennis peddles etc. There should be good lighting. You can use such space as computer area, bar if you do not want to use it as bed room, sports room or others.

Like this basement space can be used for many purposes for many functions. By this you can get extra space.

Causes of Engine Overheating

Engine gets overheated while you are on trip especially in summer season. You may get into trouble with overheating of the engine. If the engine gets hot means that there is a problem. There are many common reasons of the overheating of the engine, such as:

• The main reason of the overheating is reducing the ability of the cooling system to absorb, transport and disappear the heat. A defective thermostat, poor air flow, a collapsed lower radiator hose, defective radiator cap can cause a low coolant level, a coolant leak, poor heat conductivity inside the engine.
• If there is any leak in the cooling system of the vehicle then it may lead to overheating. There will not be enough coolant to keep the engine cool if the vehicle loose the coolant. You can find out easily by seeing the pool coolant on the floor. You can check the leaks in the most common places like around hoses and around the welds of the radiator.
• Faulty water pump can cause the overheating. This water pump is important part in the cooling system, coolant can be circulated by this through the engine.
• A bad cooling fan can cause overheating of the engine. Generally, all the time mechanical fan runs, it has clutch, if engine gets hot then the fan will run faster. If there is any leakage from fan clutch, then it is the sign of a problem.

These are the common reasons of the vehicle overheating. But, a great damage of vehicle can be caused by overheating of the engine. You can meet the mechanic if you face any problem with the vehicle. 

Results of World Badminton Championship 2010

Players from different countries will be taking part in the World Badminton Championship. The world badminton championship is considered as the most prestigious tournament of badminton.

Different types of events are conducted every year in this championship. Events such as the men's singles, women's singles, men's and women's doubles and mixed doubles. This tournament started in 1977 and from 2003 except during the Olympic years, world championship is not played.

The recent world badminton Championship 2010 sport was held in Paris. Pierre de Couberin Stadium of Paris is the stadium for this auspicious event and the capacity of the stadium was 4,500. And, the federation Francaise De Badminton is the host for this championship. About 400 players of five continents will be competing in this tournament.

During the recent years, China plays a significant role in getting the popularity for the badminton champions. This championship became a memorable event for China. It was held during August 23 to August 29 in the year 2010.

Coming to the winners of 2010 BWF championship, men's single title was won by the Chinese player named Chen Jin and in the event of women's single was won by Wang Lin, men's doubles Cai Yun and Fu Haifeng; in Women's doubles Du Jing and Yu Yang; mixed doubles Zheng Bo and Ma Jin.

The winners of the men's doubles World Badminton Championships are also considered as the successful players because they have won three gold medals. Some of the successful nations which participated and won gold medals are China, Indonesia, Denmark , Korea, England, Sweden, Japan and United States.
